A website for estate agents
has exactly one job.
Not looking pretty. Making owners hand you their property instead of the office next door.
Web design for estate agents is a different craft from web design for a plumber. Your visitors arrive in two groups with opposite needs: buyers want to browse properties, owners want to know what their flat is worth and whom they can trust with it. A site that serves only the first group looks busy and sells nothing. That is why every broker website we build has a second entrance — and why the property listings maintain themselves.
onOffice sync
Maintain a property once in onOffice — it appears on the website, in the exposé and in the newsletter. No second data set, no copy-and-paste at 11 pm.
How the sync works →Owner funnel
The second entrance: a valuation form that turns an anonymous visitor into a named owner with an address — and an agent who calls back before the competition does.
Legally sound & fast
Imprint, privacy policy, cookie banner and consent are part of the build, not an afterthought. Fonts and scripts are served from your own domain — no data leaves before the visitor has agreed.
The same applies to property developers and investors — with a different emphasis: project pages instead of listings, unit lists instead of an owner funnel, and an investor area that isn't open to everyone. What it costs is on the prices page, in numbers, without a sales call.
Your portal — where your workforce reports to you.
Every building block lives in one place: status, suggestions, approvals, numbers, files. One private link, no password.
What people ask before the first call.
What does a website for estate agents cost?
The ongoing operation costs 39, 59 or 89 € net per month, cancellable monthly — which tier applies is decided by your website, not by a sales call. What the build costs depends on the scope, and we don't name a number before we have seen your site. Everything in figures on the prices page.
Can you connect onOffice to my website?
Yes. You maintain a property once in onOffice, and it appears on the website — including images, floor plans and the energy certificate. That removes the second data set, which is where most listing errors come from. How the sync works →
How long does the build take?
The first version stands in days, not months. How long it takes to go live depends less on us than on how quickly texts, images and access data arrive — that is honestly the part that usually holds things up.
Do you also work for developers and investors?
Yes — same craft, different emphasis: project pages instead of listings, unit lists instead of an owner funnel, and an investor area that isn't open to everyone. Outside real estate we are booked too; you can see that openly on our work page.
What happens after launch?
A team of AI agents looks at the site several times a week and writes a report into your portal: what it found, what it suggests, why. Nothing is implemented on its own — every change waits for your approval. Meet the fleet →
